If you plan on joining us for the dinner send us the confirmation along with your check (payable to Wayne Thomas & send it to the address below) for the proper amount & number of guests in your group by 7-15-00 to Wayne E. Raffle Prize Tickets!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a member with my dues current in the Firehawk Association if I own a Firehawk or my dues is current in both the

Firehawk Association and the Comp T/A Association if I own a Comp T/A. I wish to purchase the following number of Raffle tickets _________@ $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00 (Limit 3 Tickets per member, only 100 tickets sold) amount enclosed $___________. If I am a winner I have selected one of the following 3 prizes. (Only choose one prize) below:

#1. SLP Firehawk Car Cover, #2. Zaino Polishing Kit, or #3 Granatelli Mass AirFow Sensor for a LS1 or LT1 F-Body. Payment must be sent and payable to : Wayne Thomas P.O. Box 96, Uniontown, Pa. 15401. The winner will be notified 8-14-00 if he/she if not in attendance. Please include you Name, UPS ship-able Address and phone number so you can be reached if you win. Deadline to purchase Raffle Tickets by Non-Attendees is 7-20-00. The winner of the Raffle Prize Ticket will be publish in the Newsletter issue following the Rally. Winner will be drawn on Sunday Afternoon 8-13-00 before the regular prize drawing in front of the members in attendance.
